1. Welcome to Pips Funding
1.1
Welcome to Pips Funding (the “Company”), where we offer you (“you” or the “Trader”) a limited license to use our services (the “Services”) subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1.2
This Agreement is a legally binding contract, and it is important that you read and understand it before accessing or using our Services. Your use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1.3
Pips Funding reserves the right to suspend, replace, modify, amend, or terminate this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. If we make changes to this Agreement, your continued use of the Services after the Effective Date of the changes will constitute your agreement to the revised terms.

2. Trader Representations
2.1
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and of sound mind and that you have the capacity to agree to and uphold the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement. If you use the Services on behalf of a business entity or other third party, you represent that you have actual authority to act as an agent of that business entity or third party and that you have the right and ability to bind them to this Agreement.
2.2
You represent that your use of the Services does not violate any law, regulation, ordinance, statute, or treaty applicable in the jurisdiction in which you live. You further represent that you are not prohibited from entering into this Agreement by the terms of any preexisting agreement.

3. Limited License
3.1
Pips Funding grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, revocable, and royalty-free license to use the Services for their customary and intended purposes. You are expressly prohibited from scraping, framing, hacking, reverse engineering, crawling, or aggregating the Services or the Pips Funding website, whether in whole or in part, without prior written consent.
3.2
You acknowledge that this limited license does not grant you any rights to the technology, intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets of Pips Funding or any third-party contractor. Pips Funding reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.
3.3
This license is revocable at any time at Pips Funding’s sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Uses
4.1
You are prohibited from using the Services to violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights.
4.2
Additionally, you are expressly prohibited from:
Scraping, crawling, framing, hacking, reverse engineering, or circumventing technological protection measures of the Services.
Transmitting unsolicited commercial emails.
4.3
You are prohibited from engaging in trading strategies that Pips Funding or its brokers expressly prohibit, including but not limited to:
Exploiting errors or latency in the pricing/platform.
Using non-public or insider information.
Front-running trades.
Arbitraging a challenge account with another account.
4.4
If Pips Funding detects Prohibited Trading, your participation will be terminated, and you may forfeit any fees paid.
4.5
Pips Funding reserves the right to disallow or block any trader at its sole discretion.

5. Education
5.1
Pips Funding does not offer trader education. Instead, we identify individuals with a talent for trading.
5.2
While we may provide market-related data, this is for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice.
5.3
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the data and disclaim liability for trading decisions based on such information.

6. Account Creation
6.1
To register as a Trader, you must provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, email, and phone number.
6.2
Your account is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
6.3
Traders are limited to one active account per challenge level unless given prior approval.

7. Purchases and Refunds
7.1
Pips Funding offers services for a fee, and prices are subject to change.
7.2
By making a purchase, you agree that Pips Funding assumes no liability for any claims related to your purchases.
7.3
There are no refunds for any services purchased.
7.4
Upon receiving your first payout, you will be eligible for a refund of your initial payment if you have earned a minimum profit of 2.5%.

8. Guidelines
8.1
Guidelines associated with the Services will be displayed on Pips Funding’s website and communicated via email. These guidelines may change at Pips Funding’s sole discretion.

9. Trademarks
9.1
All trademarks, trade names, and design marks displayed on Pips Funding’s website are owned or licensed by Pips Funding.
9.2
You are prohibited from using Pips Funding’s trademarks in a misleading manner.
9.3
Access to the website does not grant you any license under Pips Funding’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights.

10. Disclosure Statement
10.1
Before participating in financial markets, consider your investment objectives, experience, and risk appetite.
10.2
Trading carries significant risks, including leverage risks and market volatility.
10.3
Pips Funding is not responsible for system failures or trading interruptions.

11. Term and Termination
11.1
This Agreement begins when you purchase a service and continues until terminated by either party.
11.2
Pips Funding may terminate your access to Services at its sole discretion.
11.3
All funds and profits within the Goat Funded Trader platform are purely for simulation purposes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
12.1
The Services and website are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind.
12.2
Pips Funding’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services or $1,000, whichever is less.

13. Indemnification
13.1
You agree to indemnify Pips Funding against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services.

14. Litigation

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be settled by arbitration.

15. Force Majeure
